All reviews are confirmed and audited before publication, and community members have the ability to flag inappropriate content for further review by our team.

Dr Caluag discovered I had NAFLD, which my previous doc missed despite my complaints of discomfort. She was wonderful, very committed to getting to the answers rather than just doing the minimum required. Spent much more time for a visit, maybe 45 min or so, than all my previous primaries. Medical care in San Francisco will not be the same without her.

I'm sorry to have to write this review; I could have sued her, but didn't. Because of her misdiagnosis, I almost died. She sent me home with unnecessary antibiotics instead of sending me straight to the hospital in her building. Without getting into the personal details, I ended up in the emergency 2 days later (and no follow up after the appt.). Lost a lot. If she had obviously caught it the day I saw her, I would have been ok. I'm obviously still traumatized (two years later) since I see her name here and feel compelled to say this truth.
