Our 11 year old daughter has Von Willebrand disease and was referred to Dr. Dassow from her Hematologist. Dr. Dassow was very wonderful with our daughter, has terrific bedside manner, and was extremely professional. She made our daughter feel at ease, spoke to her like a person instead of treating her like a 'quick appointment' like most doctors do, and took the time to actually care instead of rushing through a treatment plan. I was very happy to find Dr. Dassow and her staff. She was highly recommended by my family doctor. The staff was professional and friendly. Everyone spent a lot of time with me at my first appointment. Procedures were explained carefully and completely. Dr. Dassow currently has office hours in Dunlap (at the Erlanger ER building) in addition to her Chattanooga location. I would certainly recommend Dr. Dassow and her great staff to my family and friends.
