She totally missed diagnosing my shingles, sending me for MRI, PT, ortho consult, all of which cost me lots of out-of-pocket expense. When I suggested I had shingles, she wouldn't believe me; I went in and showed her, and only then did she confirm. By then it was way past the time I could take the anti-viral med; I spent a year on nerve pain meds, which caused severe side effects. Took myself off them and just learned to live with the pain. It has lasted 1-1/2 yr so far. Entira was no help.
