I love Doctor Carpenter. She is caring, warm, compassionate, knowledgeable, humble, and thorough. She is extremely competent and explores all options before resorting to medication. While highly knowledgeable, well-rounded,and highly respected by her peers, she is not afraid of being honest when something is beyond her realm of expertise. She cares with heart. The others in her office, however, are the pits. The nurse is the moodiest and treats you like you're a nuisance? to her.

She made me very comfortable, was easy to talk to, listened to everything I had to say that other Doctors have ignored and was very thorough. Would definitely recommend!

After waiting 6 weeks, Dr Carpenter canceled the day before my appt. via voice mail,. Then her nurse accused me for not listening to my vmail (it is time stamped!) Her nurse acted like she was doing me a big favor by squeezing me in with someone else and warned me not to cancel the appt. How is that fair? This is rude and unprofessional, especially when it comes to someone's health. I now have to wait another 4 weeks to see a doctor and I am not well. My time is valuable too.

Waited 6 wks to get an eve. appt. The day before my appt. I received a voice mail canceling and was told Dr. C.no longer works evenings! Very unprofessional & discourteous. OK if she changes her schedule, but she should be considerate enough to honor her commitments first, or at least give advance notice. Her nurse couldn't care less and told me if I make another appt., I can't cancel. It's OK to cancel on me at the last minute but I cannot cancel on them! The nerve! My time is valuable too.
