Removed abnormal sized polyp
I am 80 years old and recently had a colonoscopy that identified an unusually large polyp. The polyp was too large for them to remove so they recommended Dr Salem. Because of the size, there was a concern that the colon could be penetrated during the procedure which would require further surgery to remove a portion of the colon. Dr Salem was able to remove the polyp (that the previous doctor was unable to remove) without additional damage. I am very pleased with his care and skill. In fact my wife has decided to have Dr Salem perform her upcoming colonoscopy.

Amazing surgeon. Saved me from major surgery.
Took time to explain all options for the type of colon cancer I had. Performed cutting edge, minimally invasive surgery and I was back on my feet in two days. Now cancer free. He allowed me to continue with my life and activities that I love so much.
