Horrible Communication
This is one of the worst doctors I have ever experienced. My son is on a medication he takes daily and when he sent him to a specialist which took a month to get an appointment, Dr Monice REFUSED to respond to 4 patient portal messages, 5 voicemails. Never got a call back. He should be ashamed of himself. I work in the medical fields and we would never leave a patient without medication (that he was prescribing for 3 months) nor would I ever just decide not to respond to a message or address a parent concern. *save your time don’t bother with this doctor* use their behavioral health side who does TELEMED visits and prescribes that same medication from an online appointment.

I would definitely recommend Dr monice and his office employees to a family member or friend he is awesome and he has been since day one he's never left us hanging on any questions or concerns that we've ever had he's always tried to answer everything to the best of his knowledge if we've had to call in he always answered he's treated all of my children since they were born we love him my kids trust him never are they scared when they have to go and see him a kid normally are thinking they're going to have shots or whatnot lol but yes I have nothing bad to say about Dr monice he is very very committed so what he does very understanding one of the best doctors around he definitely chose the right way to go when he chose to be a pediatrician Thank you Dr Jean monice for all that you do for the Rosado family

The wait time its def not 15 min more like 2-3 hrs..The doctor is really good but the front staff are rude and dont care about the patients..they def chose the wrong career. To get my sons prescription takes days and i have be calling to remind them.The positive is that they are flexible with appt..They really need to get new compatent staff in the front desk it is just sad how rude they are.

If you value your time, I would not recommend this doctor. It's a guaranteed 2-3hrs wait even with appointment. The doctor is never on time. They say no walk-ins but will accept friends ahead of appointments. if your child is really sick, you are better off taking them to the emergency room.
