Not at all, on my first visit i recieved an EKG
after recieving the EKG Dr. liu came in I ask how about the results, he said we would discussit later, later he got up left , forgot to write a prescription for high blood pressure, forgotto discuss the EKG results and left abruptly to his next patient. Unbelievable but true. Threedays later a nurse finally called me said my irregular heartbeat was a blocked branch bundle. Not the DR. who had forgot to discuss it with me after they said he would call 10 days ago. Forget this Dr. I don't care what his reviews are, he is bad news.

Super Disappointing
As the spouse of a former patient, I witnessed Dr Lui's mishandling of my spouse's condition. He was a patient for a number of years, abided by Dr Liu's instructions and seemed satisfied. As my spouse's health declined, I decided to sit it and accompany my spouse to every appointment. Dr Lui, while being respectful, seemed to dismiss my spouse's questions, concerns, etc and would head towards the door, looking at his watch and try to leave before we could ask any more questions. Some of our concerns were met with ridiculous answers (Why am I swelling? You're drinking too much water, was a good example). He was missing the fact that my spouse was having Congestive Heart Failure. Every other specialist we were seeing kept asking 'What does your cardiologist say?' We had no answers. We were given other misdiagnoses by Dr Liu as well. On a visit to another doctor when my spouse was bleeding internally, the doctor begged us to go immediately to the hospital and change doctors. More.

Was my doctor at Methodist Stone Oak , ER admission Followed up with me as inpatient next day after admission - Dr Liu was terribly rude to me and condescending to my family there in the room with me I am 91 yo and he was terrible - rude and had no time to answer my questions. Acted like I had no business questioning him or his medical plan for me

On cruise control
Went to him for 10 years. Over time he became more like he was simply going through the motions and was not really interested in my health. Had to beg for a stress test as I was having dizzy spells. Slight thickening of a valve his assistant left me a voice message. When I next saw him he immediately told me to get the vaccine. No answer to my question concerning the valve. Conversation ended as he picked up my folder and walked out. Prescriptions not renewed by his staff as I requested. Presently off all meds, exercising, no sugar, feeling great, and never going back.

I have been a patient under the great care of Dr. Liu for several years. During this time he has always answered any questions I might have plus he has continued to offer information about proactive care and habits that could help my daily activities be more pleasant, workable and effective. He is a physician who takes into account the "whole" picture of a patient...including the family situation and responsibilities, which are a huge factor in dealing with cardiac conditions. His office is well managed, efficient and employees are well educated in their responsibilities ,always offering the best of patient services and care.

Very satisfied with the professionalism of the staff, they were very courteous and informative. They went above and beyond in looking and finding a set of car keys that fell out of my purse on the day of my first appointment. Dr. Liu explained everything to me, and I would highly recommend him.

I allways walk out impressed by the warm TLC atmosphere, the service, concern for my health and treatment that I receive from all thete. Surely it starts with Dr. Liu his professional and caring manner that clearly permeates throughout his office and staff: Dr. Liu, PA, Nurses, Techs, Administrative, Front Desk Concierge staff, and the wellcoming place. Great to see that his office was adjusted to comply with social distancing including that everyone wore masks. I wore my mask and gloves. I feel that I am a compliant patient because of doctors such as Dr. Liu. Thank you Dr. Liu and your staff.

Always great! Dr. Liu is always kind, patient and very helpful to me. I feel he is the greatest Cardiologist in San Antonio and the best I have ever had, since 1994 and I moved to San Antonio in 2012. His Office staff are very nice and courteous especially Gayle Redmond Myers! Wonderful person and caring! Scale of 1-10 they are all a 12!
