Dr. Jean Jaffke, MD

I was referred by my primary care for the routine colonoscopy. When I called to set-up the colonoscopy the receptionist told me they can mail the forms to me and when they're filled out and mailed back to the Dr, I can call back at that time to schedule the colonoscopy, or I can make an apt to see Dr Jaffke. I asked if I can just make the colonoscopy apt. since I already saw my primary care Dr. The receptionist actually said "I already gave you two options to choose from." No thank you, there's many MD's out there.

Check you bill!!! I got charged for a treatment that I haven’t received!!!

Dr. Jaffke and the staff was nice. However I was kept waited for 40mins from my appointment time and no one informed me what it going on until I went into the room. I do understand sometime it’s hard to keep on schedule but I wish they could have said something to the patients waiting. Plus, because their schedule was behind, I didn’t get treatment done which could have done today.

I have found Dr. Jaffke to be very good doctor, providing good care for the conditions for which I've seen her. I've found it easy to make and appointment with her, wait times to be short, and she is very friendly and ready to answer questions.

She has been my doctor for years through regular diagnostic work up and now through an issue I've been having is most respectful and his wonderful office staff as well could not think of going to any other doctor and was highly recommended

Too much drama of using an ipad for registration while the doctor herself dose'nt resolve your problem and ofcourse you get huge bill for the poor service!!
