Dr. Jean Guerrier, MD

Dr. Guerrier was, in ,a word, terrific! I'd had diverticulitis attacks for many years then 1 day over a year ago, it became more serious. He was recommended to me during my emergency admisson to Hackensack Hospital and I'm so glad! He took very good care of me, was helpful, kind, informative and straightforward in planning the surgery which went better than expected. I had the best possible outcome, recovered quickly and exactly 1 year later, I am just fine!

Dr. Guerrier is truly amazing! He literally saved my life and I could never more grateful. He is caring, listens to what you have to say and makes sure all your questions are answered. Also thank you Dr. Guerrier's surgical team who while I was in the hospital checked in on me so many times and kept me well informed every step of the way during my recovery process.

Dr Guerrier was very patient with my husband who has a huge hernia and needs surgery. Dr Guerrier took the time to examine the hernia and explained the surgery option (laparoscopic) to us and what it meant as far as recovery time and what risks are involved as well. He took the time as well to show us a diagram of the area where the hernia is located and explained exactly how he would do the surgery. I very much enjoyed how he put my husband at ease and explained everything very thoroughly to us. Thank you so much Dr Guerrier.

Doctor Guerrier was a phenomenal doctor. He as well as his staff at 50 Passaic Street is very kind and hands on. From the moment I had stepped into the door each person I had come in contact with was very professional. Doctor Guerrier took the time to explain to me my condition as well as all of my options.
