My worst customer experience ever.
I had to take my husband to the Emergency Room and unfortunately, we had to deal wit this woman 'Doctor'. My husband was experiencing excruciating gallbladder pain and this woman was rude, aggressive ,disrespectful and unprofessional towards us. To be a Doctor means a lot more that going to Medical school. Doctors safe other human being's lives. Doctors are compassionate, empathetic, professional and caring. 'Dr.' Dymott does not have any of those skills.

Very pushy, gave my brother RX that made him worse
She was very pushy, abrupt in her demeanor, and gave my brother a medication that is actually made matters worse for him. He got a migraine and a nosebleed after receiving it. She did nothing for the pain he was in, and prescribed a medication that was totally unrelated to his condition. My brother had already suffered several hours of pain and then was subjected to several hours of more intense pain from the medication she gave him. (Which was something he had never had before!) Every patient knows their own bodies and she does NOT listen to the patient. I felt intimidated by her, as an advocate to my brother. Our ER visit should not have gone the way it did.
