Unprofessional. I wasn't informed that it would be multiple staff in room .

Dr Boucher and his staff are thorough and caring. He recently performed skin cancer surgery on my husband’s ear. My husband recovered quickly and with little pain. I highly recommend Dr Boucher.

Take the negative reviews into consideration. I visited this doctor in regards to chronic dandruff which was “brushed off” and he ultimately dismissed my concerns for psoriasis. Went to my PCP years later and was diagnosed with psoriasis and referred to rheumatology the same day. I’ve had to suffer pain as a result of my (degenerative) psoriatic arthritis (a disease that occurs in psoriasis patients) due to being untreated. If only he had actually LISTENED to what I was saying and took it into consideration my quality of life might not be so negatively affected at such a young age. The only positive thing I can honestly say is that his office staff were very professional and kind to me. I’m sure whoever is doing “damage control” for these reviews will state they will reach out or maybe point the finger at myself for one reason or another.

They refused to treat because my Drivers License was not sufficient Identification, their "office policy"

I absolutely recommend Dr B. However, on August 9th at my appt I was already finished when a lady came in with my chart and started asking me the same questions that I had just answered with Coleen, his assistant. She never introduced herself and wasn’t in scrubs. (Or any professional attire) She was wearing jeans, a faded polo, socks and slides. So very strange and disturbing as Dr B runs a clean and professional establishment. (His staff is always in scrubs and very sweet and professional at all times.) She basically went through my chart and went through my notes Coleen had just did. She then had me go to the front where she took over the scheduling and booked my next appointment. Not sure if she belonged there but definitely stood out. And I’ve been going to Dr B’s for a while so I know everyone.

I can't say enough good things about this clinic. Dr. Boucher was great. I told him my problem and history with the problem. He listened and came up with a plan to treat me. I felt like the plan of care was personalized and focused. You don't feel like just another patient. You can tell that Dr. Boucher and his staff are committed to your care and getting you the best results possible. I highly recommend this office as a place of treatment.

Dr. Boucher and his staff are very warm and welcoming. Wait times are very reasonable. Dr. Boucher’s office is a doctor’s office and not a spa pushing products and services not covered by insurance. Many services are available, but you’re never pressured to go into that realm.

I have gone to Dr. Boucher for several years. I like him because he answers my questions with patience and an obvious willingness to help me understand my problem. I waited less than an hour to be seen, a new record in this town.

Dr. Boucher is very concerned with your skin problems and gives a through examination. He is personable and takes time to listen to your concerns. My wife and I have been going to Dr. Boucher for years, driving a little extra miles but we believe this is where we get the best care. We definitely trust his medical advice and treatments. His office staff is great too!

Me &my daughter have been pts of Dr Boucher for 2 yrs My experience with Dr Boucher began with a 4 & I now give a 1,his staff ,His office Mgr is so inconsiderate & disrespectful. I am now looking for another dermatologist. It's 4 days before & about 2 mnths ago my husband lost his job so now no ins. My skin cond. is worse so I had to see him for my med & pay out of pocket. As I go in his office mgr claims that I missed an appt 2 mos ago and slaps me an addl $100 on top of the $152 I paid. Unbeli
