Horrible treatment of my mother. Rushed her out of hospital into therapy. Therapy place immediately sent her to er. From er to ice and decreased within 24 hours.

When we found out that my husband needed immediate spinal cord surgery, we would not settle for anyone but Dr. Tabet, because 18 years ago, he successfully repaired the cerebral aneurysm in my brain. During both surgeries, he was very professional with no complications at all. We have had many visits in his office since. His staff is always friendly and very knowledgeable, showing us x-rays and CT scans. I have recommended him to many friends already with complete confidence.

I highly recommend Dr. Tabet for spinal surgery. I had fallen down steps about 27 years ago and really messed my lower back up. I had to have surgery for a herniated disc in the L5 area. It was compressing a nerve on my right side and he said it would cause nerve damage over time. He did every test prior to surgery, because he wanted to make sure that the surgery was going to be to my benefit. He won't do surgery, unless it is absolutely necessary. I credit him for giving me quality of life back

I suffered for with back pain for years, later diagnosed as spinal stenosis, along with a cracked vertebra from sports related injuries. At 53, I was very active with hiking and cycling. Pain had gotten so bad that walking was difficult. Dr. Tabet performed a spinal fusion and gave me back the quality of life that I was used to. I am now 58 and still enjoy cycling and hiking without any back pain. Last year I hiked Rim to Rim in the Grand Canyon and felt great. Thank you Dr. Tabet!!!!!!!

Dr. Tabet's neck surgery on my husband was excellent. However, my husband was not monitored for swallowing difficulties properly afterwards, and he aspirated food and drink. He died of aspiration pneumonia 18 days later. It could have been prevented easily with proper vigilance at Aultman Hospital.

I have been dealing with pain from herniated discs for over 10 years. Recent MRI showed significant progression including 3 herniated discs causing arm numbness. He commented "he wished his neck looked as good as mine" and said "What did I want him to do about it" and "To not tell his transcribist sitting caused my symptoms to worsen." He said to stay on Norco/Pain Manegemnt and he seen no reason or way he could help. Very upsetting to be told to continue Pain Meds since mine worse than his.

had sciatica nerve pain for 5 yrs so bad I couldn't barely walk, sit, stand or sleep. Pain management steroid shots from another hospital did nothing for me When I finally got referral to Dr. Tabet I had surgery and finally had relief, had a quality of life back that I thought would never be restored. This mans bedside manners were awesome! He and his "team" know exactly what to say & do. I personally would not trust anyone but him!!!! THANK YOU Dr. Tabet

Dr. Tabet has been treating me since 1989. He is an excellent human being and a great surgeon. His staff are always courteous and very kind. Dr. Tabet has done two back surgeries on me as well as a neck surgery, he always takes plenty of time to answer any questions I have and explain my options. I would highly recommend him!

Any of his good reviews were done by his office staff. He's a terrible doctor and an even worse human. He clearly cares more about religion and judging people than running a good practice that helps people. Him and his office staff are just bizarre.. It reminded us of a religious cult. If you have tattoos/piercings on your body, he'll make sure to let you know they're a sin. Also that prayer is the best medication. He was too busy judging me to even be professional or caring. STAY AWAY!

Overall experience with this doctor was terrible. He spent a whole 10 minutes with me during my consultation. He didn't let me finish one single sentence. The office is very religion based, to the point of being overwhelming. His manners are unprofessional and anything except caring. I found a different doctor and Dr. Tabet's office made it almost impossible to cancel my appointments. They told me that I wouldn't find a better surgeon and I was making a mistake. Do not waste your time there.
