Excellent bedside manner in that he listens to you completely, discusses your concerns, symptoms, results in a very easy way to understand. He and his staff relate to you as if you are the most important patient they have!

This is the nicest office staff I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. Dr Benae was able to perform a flawless surgery on my back. The discectomy and schwannoma removal were performed with an insane amount of precision. The P.A., Venessa is fantastic. She was able to get my troublesome wound all healed up while still treating me like a person instead of just another patient. She seemed as though she actually cared about my well being which isn’t the easiest to find these days. Keep up the great work!!

I have no way of evaluating Dr. Benae as a physician or neurosurgeon. I went to see him a few months ago about a recurring issue. At my visit he found out I had been a patient of a friend of his. So he refused to treat me. Fine, I'm an adult and I understood the reasoning for not wanting to treat someone who had work done by someone else, especially a friend. But instead of leaving it at that, he found fit to discuss me with my other neurosurgeon who had done the back surgery. This, of course, made my doctor angry and he essentially refused to treat me because I went to someone less than five minutes from me as opposed to him - who is about 45 minues away. Neither ever asked why I wanted to see Dr. Benae. They just screwed me around and now I choose to live with pain because I am disabled and I am not going to call my 87 year old father to drive me to an appointment.

Dr Benae and his staff are superb! This is the friendliest office I have ever been in. Dr Benae answered all my questions in great detail. I felt there feeling like I was truly listened to. I would recommend them to all.
