Dr. Joo listened, asked me questions and was very kind and compassionate. He drew me a picture and explained everything. He made me feel at ease. He was great.

Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience with him. He did not listen to any of my concerns and questioned my symptoms all the time. I felt humiliated. Dont waste your time! There are better doctors in this country...His staff were very kind! They should found another doctor to work for.

I had an emergency surgery done with Dr. Joo about three months ago following a trauma. I had never had surgery before but he was very calm and explained to my parents and I what was going on and what would happen next. He saved my life. He came to my room to check on me just about every day following my surgery until discharge. He was always extremely helpful with all follow up visits through my recovery. Excellent doctor, wonderful person.

He is the sweetest man and a great Dr. He did a procedure on me 8-24-16. He came in and explained everything he did and answered my questions. He was very busy that day. He could have just gone on his way with other patients. He took the time for me.
