Dr. Jayshree Patel, MD

First of all, her staff isn't the most professional. They make assumptions without actually asking you whats going on. Second of all, Dr. Patel is kinda obnoxious and loud. She kept interrupting me when I was explaining what issues I was having with my PCOS. She kept suggesting things to me even after I told her I didn't react to them well in the past. She then proceeded to tell me "OHH GIRLL, you need to lose weight". I told her I have been cleaning up my diet and exercising regularly, but anyone with pcos know how tough it is to lose weight and how easy it is to gain it. She then said well two options, keep doing whatever you're doing with your natural supplements or take the medications you didn't like in the past. I left with no clarity of whats been going on, and instead she made me feel worse about my situation. I would never go back to her or that clinic. If you struggle with PCOS or any other hormonal issue I would say find another doctor who can actually help you make a plan.

They refused to schedule me for a prenatal appointment without first reviewing my ultrasound, from another doctor's office, even though I told them I was 5 months pregnant and had been unable to get into another doctor. They would not give any reason for this asinine decision. There was also significant noise in the background and the receptionist kept saying she couldn't hear me, like I was the one causing the problem. If this is how poorly their office treats patients when just trying to book an appointment, I wouldn't trust their medical care.

At the 35th-week appointment, Nurse Aasma told me that I am scheduled for a C section and then she said sorry it was for another patient. I was shocked but I trusted Jayshree Patel. But she is not a trustworthy woman. She did a membrane sweep at 36 weeks without any consent. Which leads to the discharge of mucus plug and water break. The baby was born preterm and ended up in NICU. at the hospital also did many cervical checks which caused an infection and emergency c section.

I was refused apointment because I am a “traveling patient”. I was told to go see my doctor who lives in another country even thought I have a complication and cannot travel. Very unprofessional. Shame of you for telling a patient, who is in need to see a doctor, that you can’t see them.

Dr. Patel has been my doctor for almost 2 years. I trust her whole heartedly. She is an extremely professional doctor, with amazing bedside manner. She is not just my doctor, she's my confidant. I will always recommend Dr. Pate!

Amazing doctor!

Took almost two weeks for test results, which were abnormal and could have negatively affected my pregnancy. Decided to get a second opinion, but could not get the office to send my medical records to the other doctor. Every time I would call or complain, the nurse would claim she tried to call me several times, which is just not true. Very disappointed.
