I am a nurse with over 10 years experience working within the hospital (MedSurg) and now Operating Room. I have encountered and worked with countless MDs and surgeons during this time and Dr. Dowdall tops them all. She not only is an expert as a clinical specialist and MD but also amazing to watch in the operating room. She provides top notch care to her patients by empathetically listening and providing amazing communication throughout either a clinical consult or in the surgical setting. I recently had the opportunity to consult her as a patient after having some complications after surgery. Not only was she able to treat my damaged larynx but she also was able to treat a systemic problem that other family practitioners and MDs were not able to answer or treat. A lot in healthcare could be solved if we had more MDs take her approach to care and treatment of their patients!

I was referred to Dr. Dowdall due to my serious condition, and she took the time to explain everything she found during the exam. She is very compassionate, and understanding and so caring. I love how well she works with her staff as well.

Dr. Dowdall is one of the best physicians I've ever seen in my life. She was courteous and genuinely caring. She answered all of my questions and provided helpful information for moving forward. I have a follow up appointment with her in a couple weeks and I'm looking forward to seeing her again. She's amazing.
