is he there to just say your not injured?
For some reason all info on this doctor states he’s in North Carolina but I’ve seen him in nyc as a workers comp independent medical examiner. I’m injured and have the mri and X-rays to prove this. The first time I visited this doctor I was met with 3 test that lasted in total maybe 3 mins. Stand on your heels, stand on your tiptoes, bend forward. I couldn’t complete any of these items. The doc then stated I was fine and said maybe it was 25% disabled and would be fine with physical therapy. Turns out I have a herniated disc and it’s putting pressure on my sciatic nerve causing my whole leg to go completely numb. I was recommended to see see a surgeon by my attending doc and the surgeon said this will not get better because if it was then physical therapy would’ve helped already especially with the epidural injection I received. Physical therapy also recommended to see a surgeon without me even telling them I already did. Why is this guy saying I’m fine when two docs say the opposite

I wish I was able to leave zero stars. This Dr. is very evil. I’m suffering daily from pain in my neck, back , shoulder, elbow, and hands from a work related injury. I have EMG and MRI to prove my conditions. However he stated that I’m o% disable . The government needs to consider us, and stop the insurance Dr. from lying on their report .

He stated I didnt use a cane. That is because I held my husband's arm as we walked 10 feet. He refused to look at my recent MRI scans and my medical history on a disk. He started yelling at my husband after my husband told me he can't answer any of my questions because he works for the insurance company. The Dr. started yelling that he doesn't work for anybody. He went on and on. Just saying, if he doesnt work for the insurance company, who paid for the visit??

This Physician has zero bedside manor. When asked to clarify orders or to provide orders he redirected to the hospital discharge information. When advised the information was unclear, he refused to provide clarification. So, say the appointment is six weeks out and I have staples, leave them in because you refuse to provide clarification? I’m pretty sure that would be an awful idea. Also, if I’m wearing an immobilizer into the appointment and ask what the weight bearing status is upon removing such item, why decide I’m not getting the therapy. Even after advising range of motion and walking with a walker. Find another physician to preform your surgery. Also, expect to wait or be in the office as along as 2 hours.

This doctor has treated my brother horribly over the past year! He's seeing another orthopedic at this time, I just hope it's not too late! He should be ashamed of himself. You should be reported, and I plan to contact the State Medical Board for your unethical behavior towards my brother while he suffering in horrendous pain!
