Office staff very unfriendly and not professional. Office staff need to know that patients come there for a reason they talk among themselves , very unprofessional. Dr Sarkar is an excellent Dr very well educated and trained and experienced. I would hate to leave the practice because if this reason some one needs to train the front desk staff or need to be spoken for the same reason. Thank you and have. Nice day.

Dr. Sarkar is an excellent doctor. I would dislike leaving this practice, BUT the staff is unfriendly and some are downright incompetent. Front desk could not make 2 appointments without finally asking someone for help, which I insisted upon. Person training a technician sat with her arms folded with a scowl on her face, never said why she was in the room; I had to ask if she was in training. No, she was the trainer! The techs never introduce themselves or try to make you feel comfortable. I wonder who knows what goes on with the staff.

Insist on paying copay at your visit, they cant handle the billing so they outsource it through “instamed” you follow the link on the bill, pay, have proof of payment and they insist you haven't paid it correctly. I have changed doctors because of the incompetence.

After having a bad experience somewhere else, I was hesitant But immediately I felt comfortable with Dr. Sarkar's calm professional mannar. And I appreciated the way she responded to my condition in a deft diplomatic way. And her treatment was professional and compassionate

Dr. Sarkar is extremely knowledgeable and kind. I did not experience even a minimum of discomfort after my cataract surgery which was a 100% success. Dr. Sarkar took the time to walk me through the procedure and what to expect during recovery. Her expertise and enthusiasm are unsurpassed. Her physician assistant and the rest of office staff are also awesome, both in her practice and the operating facility.
