Dr. Jayadevan Kundumadathil, MD

We like the doctor and find him personable and attentive. The front office staff is friendly and we have had no bad experiences with front office staff or the doctor as others have said in their reviews.

Don't go to him for anything except a cold. He does not believe you and does not send you for test when desperately needed. I will probable become incapable of taking care of myself for him not paying attention 3-4 years ago. I have 4 disc in my neck that are bad and now I find out I have 6-7 disc in my Thoracic that I have complained about for 3-4 years and he said it was muscles.

He is thorough and he listens. Brandi and Sabrina are friendly and professional.

Good doctor, though very strict on in person visits. Office staff horrendous, I was a patient 6 mo. At best - didn’t say hello, minimized concerns, snappy. At worst- was actually yelled at and called a liar. When I found myself saying “um, why are you yelling at me?” and the reply was “because I can!”, I realized that no physician is worth this behavior.

My experience with Dr Jay (first-time visit) was excellent. His office staff was very professional, also. A+ for entire visit. Thank you!

Finally found a doctor I like and believe I can trust. But after my most recent visit, I've finally been driven away by his front office staff. I fail to see how such rudeness to his patients by his front office staff is allowed to go on. I thought it was me until I read reviews and realized I wasn't bring singled out.... this goes on with all. Too bad, really excellent and concerned doctor.

Dr Jay is thorough and listens to his patients. His office even calls to follow up and see how you are doing. Rare qualities that I have not experienced in a few decades. Glad we followed the recommendation our family friend gave us to check him out.

Agreed with others- Dr. Jay is laid back and thorough HOWEVER his staff have finally pushed me to the breaking point! Brandy is just downright nasty. She probably gets a laugh out of seeing how many negative comments she gets (not kidding- she is that heartless). Stay away- until he realizes that his staff is the problem, he will never grow his practice. I put up with it for 15 years. No more!! When I told the doctor my concerns about the office staff, with his laid back attitude, didn't care.

Dr. Kundumadathil was so rude and unprofessional! He literally walked out of the room as I was speaking. Will never return.

Have seen Jay for over 15 years. Will not go back. He is a good doctor, the new nurse is good and Jackie was good. Front office staff is the most rude people you will ever encounter.
