Very disappointed. His assistant Daisy was very rude and disrespectful. And he let her to be disrespectful. I consider myself a very respectful person . So I don’t understand her behavior. ?

I saw Dr Wortzel this morning as a new patient. The office is very clean. Great location for me. Lab Corp is in the same building, very convenient. His staff was very pleasant and I was greeted kindly. The MA called me back right away, I didn’t wait but 5 mins without being called in.The MA was very polite, friendly, and kind hearted. She has a sense of humor to calm your nerves. She listened to my reasoning on being there and not long after the dr came into the room. She also helped me set up my portal, get my medication refills and gave me my labs, etc after speaking to the dr. He greeted me with a handshake and smile. We talked about my past history, present history and to me he seemed very attentive to my needs and was very patient with me. I’d definitely 100% recommend him. He’s not rude or unkind towards you, you’re not treated like a number, you aren’t rushed or pushed aside without caring. He listens! Like I said highly recommended

He’s mean and judgmental and I won’t see him again! Not to mention it takes hours to get a hold of the office! Ridiculous!

My husband was referred to Dr. Wortzel in 2017. He suffered a stroke as a result of uncontrolled blood pressure. Dr. Wortzel was uninterested to hear anything about the stroke. He put my husband on medication to regulate his blood pressure. A few months layer his blood pressure was not responding to the meds and he was suffering violent headaches. Dr. Wortzel did nothing to change his medication or even discuss the change in bp. As for the headaches...he said get an eye exam. HORRIBLE DR.

I went in on a Sunday morning and after filling out paperwork was seen right away. Staff very friendly and doc very knowledgeable. Office a little out dated but I wan't there for the decor. Diagnosis was determined quickly without unnecessary tests.

I was really sick and went into wortzels office. I have insurance but my primary care doctor on vacation. I was told no insurance taken and given a list of fees. Of course i was concerned. I could go to the emergency room for less. I left and sat in my car and found family first immediate medical. They took my insurance and were a pleasure to go to. Wortzel should reevaluate his policies
