I am a family nurse practitioner and have worked in the medical field since 1984. I found My new patient visit today excellent. Dr. Stevens was very nice and friendly I felt instantly comfortable. He did a complete history even discussing my medications to make sure I knew what they where used for. I WAS MOST IMPRESSED BY THE PHYSICAL.ASSESSMENT He asked about any problems with each system he was checking. First doctor that I have seen to actually palpate my thyroid, as one medication I take is for low thyroid level. EXCELLENT! Dr. Stevens listened to the arteries in my neck. He examined my feet, lungs, lower legs for circulation and swelling. My arthritic joints for mobility. Even palpated the lump I felt last night beside left breast. He discussed preventative procedures ( colonoscopy. UHG, and mammogram. We discussed bowl and bladder as I have incomplete spinal cord injury. I would recommend him to all the pats. that called me for help. CC

Patient for many years. Labor day 2017 diagnosed with acute bronchitis after seeing 2 different Urgicare MD's in a weeks time. I wasnt getting better so called Dr Stevens and couldn't be seen for 2 weeks. No daily standing appointments for patients in his care. I opted to leave the practice as I am rarely sick and am still battling bronchitis. Requested records release to new MD on Sept 29th. As of today, 11 Oct 17 Dr Stevens office has not forwarded my records to my new PCP. DISGUSTED!!
