Dr. Matut wasn't my OBGYN, but he was the OB on call during my daughter's birth and both my husband and I greatly appreciated his professionalism, calm demeanor and sensitivity to our questions and decisions before, during and post delivery! He listened to us, didn't judge any questions we shared or decisions we made and performed well under pressure aligning to our wishes. My husband and I both were very grateful for his care toward me and our child.

I experienced an ectopic pregnancy. I was given a shot and he was very on top of updating me with my results, which I appreciate. However, the whole process was very emotional for me and he seemed very annoyed.

Went in for abnormal bleeding and he was very dismissive.. gave me a pap smear and sent me packing. said I should come back in a few months if I still had continuous bleeding.. CONTINUOUS bleeding... he said bleed continuously for 2 more months and then he would test for something else. I wouldnt reccomend him
