Run Away As fast as you can
Rude staff that hangs up on you. Zero responses for weeks on the patient portal questions. Days of calling to get a return call. All to be told they can't see you for weeks even if you are an established patients. This practice just pushes you to the subpar care of Urgent Care facilities and only wants to see you once a year so they can get their check and not actually have to do any healthcare work. Specifically Dr. Joglekar just passes everything off and has zero care if a patient is in pain. Won't even recommend different specialist if the one HE wants isn't available for 6 months, you are just told 'thats the only option'. Insane that they get away with treating people, let alone PATIENTS, like this.

Great practice
My experience with Dr. Jay and Shellie have been great, for myself as well as my parents. Harley in the office is always helpful. I'm sure her job is tough but she does it well. Thank you all.

Worst experience ever
This practice has the most inadequate, rude, and unprofessional staff I have literally ever encountered. The staff does not send the correct medications to the pharmacy, yet they refuse to take refill requests from pharmacies and claim it’s for patient safety. For two years in a row they sent a lab order to the wrong lab, finally got the lab correct, then sent the order under the wrong patient name.

Not worth the time to call (you will have to leave a message). Not at all happy with his office (huge turnovers) or the Privia Medical Group, lots of problems.

Today I showed up for my initial appointment with Dr. Jay and was told by the receptionist that Dr. Jay would not be in until 1:00. She said they had called me and left a message. I said I would come back at 1:00 and she said OK. I called about 30 Minutes later to confirm and Dr. Jay came on the and said that I had previously been discharged (Not to my Knowledge) and could not come back. I tried to explain why I had previously left IMC and he would not listen. They lied to me.

I did not see this doctor because I was 5 minutes late for the appt. I was told by the receptionist the doctor had decided he would not see me before I had gotten there because I was late and as a new patient would require more time. I did not have the new patient forms. but I was not advised that I needed to come early to complete them. I did request they be mailed to me at the time the appt was made. Customer service for this dr is atrocious and is supported by the dr as it is his office.

Dr. J is a great physician, he is the only doctor I have ever seen that has rearranged his schedule to accommodate mine. He is treating me for diabetes right now and has brought my glucose levels way down. I would recommend him completely.

Dr Joglekar is a knowledgeable and affable physician. I have never waited for more than 15 minutes for an office visit, and he always takes the time to listen to me and explain treatments. The staff are also very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended!
