I would definitely recommend Dr. Foote to anyone who is looking for a psychiatrist who cares about his patients. He puts an effort in developing an environment conducive to sharing and comfort. He is very professional, affable and empathetic. He is great at getting back to you if you send him an email or a message. He has been very accommodating during the COVID pandemic.
