Rushed, didn’t allow time for questions or explaining why I was there. This was my first visit, and I feel my problems were not addressed. Office was empty, clean and personnel was nice.

He was kind enough to fit me in without an appointment and his kindness ended there. He was not rude in the typical sense instead he was presumptuos, did not allow for me to self advocate or ask questions without cutting me off and jumping to conclusions and stating them as factual. He proudly told me he was a "diabeteologist" clearly not en endocrinologist. He dismissed my request of pharmacy along with his staff, he implied that I should know how to be resourcefull and was making excuses and made comments about my financial resources as if I should just find ways to afford things period because I work not taking into consideration any background history I tried to provide as he really wanted to hear himself and not me. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a health care professional who coincidently is under the same umbrella and hospital I work under. He did not treat me for what I arrived and when I called the next day for clarity it got worse.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL, no wonder that office is practically empty, the doctor is always in rush yet I'm the only patient and sent me twice to have the same lab work to tell me afterwards that the second blood test was supposed to be in 3 months but the nurse called prior the appointment to remind me no to forget to do the blood work and on top I have to pay this time. He was very rude and denied to see me when I requested to talk to him, saying that was with patient when the front lady told me wasn't.

Worth the travel (30 miles from my house), the Dr. was very attentive to my concerns, and explained very well how we were going to deal with my thyroid and hormone changes. I was pleased, this is my first visit, and expecting to keep him as my Dr. The appointment for new patient was given to me for the next day (I was very happy about it), the staff super super nice. Waiting time no more than 15-20 minutes.
