Dr. Javier Bustamante, MD

This was my daughters 18 month checkup and they gave my daughter the wrong vaccine. Then they would not give me any further information and said if I wanted answers, I would have to wait til tomorrow to speak with the doctor. I asked the supervisor to email me the wrong vaccine and the one they were supposed to give and she wouldn't. I asked her if I could speak with someone else and she said no. Worst experience ever and worst office. I do not take vaccinations very lightly and this office could care less about their huge mistake. I am currently reporting them to the department of health as I assume this is not their first time making this mistake.

Dr. Bustamante and his staff are awesome. There are always rewards for the kids, and they get treated well. The staff are friendly and you can even call and speak with a nurse every day if you have questions. Sometimes they are busy like any other offices, especially on Mondays and school days off, but we make sure to call during the not so busy hours. You can always email them also and someone will call you back definitely that day. The providers also text with you! You can't beat this kid

For the love of God & your child, DM me before you decide to take your child to bustamante. I am begging you. I have no pride left and all I can do is hope to save a child. Please don't take your child here until you hear my story. I'm not crazy. I have a story that is 100% true and there is nothing that can be disputed. I will stand in his face on that. Please listen. I would not recommend Dr. Bustamante's office if you have more than one child. The office will not schedule two children at a time. Being a working mother I cannot be missing work two or more times to take my children to the Dr.

Dr. Bustamante is a great pediatrian. He really took the time to explain things and was awesome with my son!

My kids been there since 2014 and I just love it the doctors are so patient with you and caring

Wait was maybe 30 min past appointment time. In the room for 10 more before being seen. However, you realize why once you're seen. Bustamante takes time to answer questions or concerns and help your little one feel more comfortable which is hard in a doctor's office with strangers. The nurses are quick and efficient with vaccines. I was breastfeeding, and they let me sit and nurse my son after his shots so he calmed down before leaving. Very sweet staff. The other practitioners are also good
