He is a PC physician who never sends referrals
He is a well-trained, extremely talented physician; however, if you need a referral to see a specialist, the office staff never sends the referral. I have paid at least $100 this year alone, because I needed to go to a specialist and a referral form (which takes two minutes to complete) was not sent. Avoid.

Great practice
I have been going to this practice for more than 10 years. Dr Calcatti is highly skilled, caring and professional. Practice had some staffing issues during Covid years like most businesses which have been resolved. New staff is very friendly and professional. Office space clean and very modern. Don't go by fake reviews. Explore yourself.

Id rather put my health on hold to wait for better
I had my initial visit at This office in June 5th and needed many referrals to be put in and they behaved as though my health was super important to them. As I’d just moved to the state and been out of healthcare for a bit I found that very comforting and had a follow up appointment 1 month later. My father passed away from an overdose 44 days before my initial visit and I was really struggling. They said they had to reschedule the first visit because the doctor was sick so I saw a nurse practitioner and thought I loved her! They seemingly did not put a single referral in, I’ve had to correct my phone number 3 times to find out they still never fixed it, I’ve had to reach out to contact the referrals myself and they’re not even filling my med right. It’s been over 4 months, 3 times I’ve shown up to the building and never met this doctor. Also I had a mental health situation and yelled over the phone when correcting my # AGAIN about a month ago and they’ve stopped answering at all since
