I had a terribly disappointing experience with this doctor. Despite my clear diagnosis of an anal fissure, he insisted on an unnecessary endoscopy, costing my insurance $10,000.Additionally, he recommended monthly visits ($300 each) solely to prescribe a $100, 1ml tube of cream from a private pharmacy. I suspect a financial conflict of interest.I terminated care and sought a second opinion from Dr. H. Tae Kim, who successfully performed surgery to resolve the issue.Protect yourself and your insurance company: verify procedure necessity and question excessive billing.'

I had a colonoscopy on June 26. Dr Wills and his staff were very efficient and caring. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Wills is knowledgeable and explains in a way you can understand. He is kind and caring. If there is anything you need explained he tells you to just ask and he will do his best to answer your questions. Dr. Wills is genuinely caring & he and his staff are very kind and professional. I would recommend him to my own family and friends for sure. I am going to see him in a few weeks to have an endoscopy done and I have complete 100 percent confidence in him to do this procedure. Dr Wills has done two procedures on me. He has been so kind and comforting. Many times in the past, I have had physicians who are in such a hurry, they don't have time to realize there is a person in front of them who not only needs medical care, but also comfort care. I hope I don't need any more procedures :) but if I do, I will always use Dr Wills

I was extremely happy with my appointment with Dr Wills. He was very thorough with the examination to determine what is causing my stomach issues. I was so pleased with the way he communicated with me. I feel that he will find a solution to my medical issue that other doctors could not solve. I highly recommend him. Also his M. A. is awesome. She went over everything the doctor told me to do and said if I had any questions or issues please feel free to call the office. I give both the doctor and his M. A. five stars.

I was seeing Dr. Wills for a routine colonoscopy. But my professional area of expertise is celiac disease (I've written several best-selling books and pioneered the gluten-free lifestyle 32 years ago). We discussed it a bit, and I was thrilled by his deep and current knowledge. Sadly, not all gastroenterologists (much less general physicians) are as current and progressive. THANK YOU - you are surely saving lives by your diligence in testing!

Standard preventive procedure, and everything was quick and smooth

I've used Dr Wills for several routine colonoscopies. He and his staff make an unpleasant necessity as comfortable as possible. The doctor is very personable and easy to understand. And the nurses and staff make you feel important as they prep you and later help you out.

Terrible service. He never returns calls. His staff is incompetent. Don't go there!

Dr. Wills was very nice and professional. I was having a bad day and arrived at my appointment almost 15 minutes late and I was worried that he wouldn't see me. He still did and I was relieved. No one wants to go to the doctor and talk about health issues, and especially when it involves diarrhea, how embarrassing for me to have to do this. He was so nice and really listened to me and my concerns. He really seemed to care about me as his patient.

I was 15 minutes early for a 2:30 appointment, Dr. Came in at 3:15 . Cut me off repeatedly and had selective hearing. Suggested a pocedure that can cause pancreatitis when issue could be something else and CAT scan shows no blockage. I had one last ? abd he had the NERVE to say I have to get to my other patient...after making ME wait 45 minutes.

Fine enough experience in office. Waited for a little while and Dr. Wills is nice enough. After later thinking about the pricey procedure he ordered for me the decision to do so didn't make sense. The worst, though, was his complete lack of keeping me updated on the results. $300 dollars letter and I have a letter saying your tests are normal we don't know what's wrong with you. So much wrong with his office's communication back to you. There's many different doctors out there-find another one!

Every time I've seen Dr. Wills he said he would call me back with results. He is always weeks late to call back, and only after I hound his office for a response. His communication skills are terrible. The only times I have spoken with Dr. Wills directly are immediately before a procedure, and immediately after, when I am still coming out of anesthesia, so I barely remember these times. Every procedure has gone very well, but I absolutely cannot recommend Dr. Wills.

For having a colonoscopy, it was a good experience.
