Overkill regarding eye drops and weeks of healing for cataract glaucoma surgery--still has not improved vision much. Office CEO does not respond to patient inquiries or complaints. Wait times--three hours with packed offices and misinformation. Even started an IV for surgery but did not have private physician release when office staff confirmed twice they had the release. Unacceptable treatment or respect for patient times. Office staff were very nice and I feel the mismanagement creates a stressful environment for staff and patients.
