Dr Triana and his entire staff provide excellent patient care. The approach is conservative treatment with thorough follow-up. The office is friendly.

They are timely but don't rush you. Will do televisits no problem. Great in communication, refills, referrals. Love them all!

I have to admit I am rather shocked to see some of these reviews! I would say Dr. Triana is one of my favorite doctors. He definitely takes the time to listen to all of my concerns but also offers solutions and suggestions for them. I think with the current employment situation some offices have been short staffed. I think the office staff is always courteous and professional and very helpful. I believe they go above and beyond what is required to make sure both my husband and I are taken care of. I have found the patient portal most helpful during their busy times.

It is a sad thing when a doctor that you find and an office staff that you have been going to for two+ years all of sudden, within the last 6 months has lost their ability to show concern and care for a patient. The last 6 months it has been impossible to get a phone call back after leaving numerous messages on the appointment line, nurse line and then finally having to go into the office, verify the number and find out why there has been no response. (Not once but twice) The office staff shrugs their shoulders and say, sorry I don't know what is wrong with the phones. No explanation, no real concern ... how sad that this once great practice has become so ambivalent. Out of all of the patients that this office sees I can't believe we all have a problem getting a call back from the staff. And they haven't done anything to correct it. It does make one wonder... we will not be staying ... and we will be moving our care outside of MPG.

Avoid Dr. Triana. I think he may be an OK physician but my annual "Wellness Visit" lasts about 5 minutes, if that. It takes FOREVER to get in. No one EVER answers the phone there - EVER !!!! His referrals are extremely poor, very poorly reviewed, with sub-standard credentials. Urologist he recommended for prostate cancer was incompetent and now my cancer is back.

I have been Dr. TRIANA's patient for about 4 yrs. I have always been able to call in for prescriptions refills but apparently no more. The office management system is quickly deteriorating. I called in for a refill I need daily, on Monday and it is now Thursday night and they have failed to do it. I called twice today and true to form you cannot talk to a real person. I left a message on prescrition line again. I left a message on his nurse's line and I left a message on appointment line. Noone returned a call or renewed my medicine as of 6PM today. This is terrible medical treatment. They sure don't care about patient needs. Unprofessional, irresponsible and poor medical treatment. Tomorrow I will personally go to the office to "beg" someone to take responsibilty and help me get a refill on my medicine.

Dr Triana and his staff (Jill, Kesha, Jessie, Nancy and Cheryl) are amazing. I would recommend this group to everyone. They are on top of everything. Nancy Richardson

Had the worst experience ever! It's a long story, to long to post, let's just say no follow up, no accountability! Looking for a new primary! He sent me to a friend for a CT Scan and Screening and had a horrible experience there! When I called the Doctor, through his administrator, I was told that he had no relations with them and to call them and complain!

I moved to Florida in 2004 with several medical problems. I went through several doctors until a friend highly recommended Dr Triana. I will no longer be searching. I have complete confidence in Dr Triana's diagnosis, advise, and required treatment.

The staff is polite and attentive. The doctor takes his time and his thorough. Returns calls very quickly. Overall, I am very satisfied with the care I have received from Dr. Triana. I highly recommend this physician.

I am a patient of Dr. Triana and have not had this issue. Was in the hospital a couple of months ago and was contacted by his nurse before being discharged to set up a follow up appointment. I saw the doctor within 7 days of discharge. I am very happy with his care.

Do not have Dr Triana as your primary care physician! You will die before you get an appointment. Just out of hospital and cannot get a follow up for two weeks!

I have been seeing Dr Triana for a couple years. My dad and husband are now also patients. I have thyroid, diabetes, lupus - auto immune crazy. He is thorough and SMART! I have referred several people without thinking twice. My dad hates going to the dr and goes in without a fight! We always say he is down to earth and easy to talk to. His MA is just as amazing! The front desk is great! Can't be more pleased. I am VERY picky. Took 5 pcp Drs in a year after I moved here 4 years ago.

1st time appointment for my wife Suzie. Making the appt. was flawless. Staff was efficient and polite. The actual visit was also good. The staff at the window was efficient and professional. The Dr's assistant was smart, thorough, and very personable. the Dr. was on time asked great questions, had all the material on a laptop screen and went through multiple steps to verify the info was accurate. He spoke of options and next steps and was very real in his approach. We've only seen him
