Doctor 5 stars, staff not highly rated
Dr. Todd is great. He listens and takes his time to hear what you are saying. I would highly recommend him. I would give him 5 stars. The staff... The “intake nurse” was unfriendly and dismissive. She came across as judgmental. The reason for my visit was very inconsequential in the grand scheme of things and it was obvious that she thought so. Her presentation and interactions felt demeaning. The receptionist would only run one of my insurance plans. She said did not know how to complete the second submission, so she did not.

I took my husband in because he was feeling ill. The staff was friendly and courteous. For a Saturday afternoon, we didn't wait too long at all. Dr. Todd was wonderful. He patiently explained everything to us about what the best course of action would be to treat my husband. Which is very important when you're sick. He made us feel calm and comfortable! I would definitely go see him again. He is an awesome Dr. He just seemed like an overall nice guy and I was very thankful for him today!

I have seen Dr. Todd several times and he is always very thorough and kind. I was very appreciative when he spent extra time listening and helping me solve some medical issues with the feeling of not being rushed.
