In a short period of time from the initial contact to the appointment date Dr. Taksey or his competent staff had pulled recent and older lab results. They were all at his fingertips to answer any and all questions I had. Dr. Taksey recommended I continue with the lab work that was planned, and he suggested another test to determine if there was any progression. At the end of the appointment Dr Taksey stated he would put in the order for the test. The next day his staff called to follow up, confirm the date I would like to have the test done and the preferred facility for the test to be performed. Shortly after the call the testing facility reached out to confirm the test. It was a great first appointment, I look forward to working with Dr. Taksey and his staff.

Upon arrival for appointment, my husband and I were impressed with the facility, the reception area and the front desk staff. After checking in, we met with Tiffany, to confirm my personal info and insurance info, etc. to complete necessary paperwork. After a brief pleasant meeting, a nurse escorted us to an exam room. Within a couple minutes we met Dr. Taksey Dr. Taksey is cordial, pleasant, knowledgeable and friendly. He shared his review and understanding of the type of cancer I have, my recent surgery, pathology results, lab reports and my medical history. He thoughtfully, and respectfully offered various options to consider for ongoing treatment, describing each one, with explanation of the advantages and risks. He offered his opinion, and suggested which he considered the best, most effective and safe at this stage of my care and treatment. He answered all our questions. He spent as much time as we needed. Dr. Taksey is now MY doctor, when I need him.
