"Dr. Silversteen is such a blessing in this journey of MS. I am so thankful to be in this doctors hands. I feel heard and I feel comfortable to discuss things with him. He is very knowledgeable and never makes me feel that I am silly for any question or concerns I have. I feel like I matter! He takes time to explain things. I just appreciate as I said, I don't feel like just a number to him. I feel like he truly cares and has my best interest first and foremost. I am pretty scared with all the unknown of this journey but I feel beyond blessed to have such a Dr. in my corner. The communication via the patient portal has been a gift and blessing. Highly recommend this Dr. I am thankful he is mine. "

This Dr is a Blessing – May 25, 2022

I see Silversteen for my Multiple Sclerosis. He is easy to talk to, goes over all the possible treatment options and answers my 101 questions every time I'm there. Shaddha is personable and explain things well. I haven't had an issue getting prescriptions refilled or having access to my test result so overall good experiences with Silversteen and his PA.

Not happy with the overall experience. His assistant Shaddha Patel is not friendly and has no bedside manners.

Dr. Silversteen is amazing! My husband was diagnosised with MS three years ago. Dr. Silversteen has seen him for six months now, and he has been a breath of fresh air! I highly recommend him.

very nice. seemed to show interest in my reason for visit. plan made for tests and it has been 2 months of ME calling weekly to find out results that I had to fax simce they could not seem to get them , and no returm calls - dont waste your time or insurance money with this group

My very first appointment he spent an hour we me and my family getting to know me and my medical history. Following up appointments he takes about thirty minutes and makes sure to answer all of my questions and concerns.
