Mom is in good hands
Dr Ross and Naimi are very good at what they do. My Mom had minor surgery to repair her eyelids. Both surgery's were very successful. She said they explained the procedure, defining each step, and are very nice people.

Great surgeon
From my first appointment through my final post-op appointment, I was kept informed and went into my surgery knowing exactly what to expect. Dr. Ross has a great bedside manner and was very informative and patient with my many questions, taking the time to answer each and every one of them. I am extremely happy with the outcome of my surgery and would highly recommend him!

Excellent surgeon with great patient care.
Initially, I was nervous becoming a patient of Dr. Ross. I was diagnosed with skin cancer near my eye and would need reconstructive surgery after a Mohs procedure. Dr. Ross was knowledgeable, kind, and provided excellent information regarding the surgery and recovery. The procedure went smoothly, and Dr. Ross called me that same evening to check on his patient and provide instructions. I am one week post-op and the healing is already remarkable. The stiches were very small and I can already tell that the scaring will be minimal. I highly recommend Dr. Ross.

Unprofessional
Very unprofessional. Rude and condescending. Would give a ‘zero’ grade if possible.

Dr. Ross performed my first eye surgery five years ago, following a car accident. My face was damaged severely. He has done several surgeries including a skin graft around my eye area, correcting my broken tear duct system, and major cosmetic corrections around my eye. I trust him completely. I travel 12 hours round trip just to see him because he is highly skilled and so very kind. If you are looking for someone who you can trust, he is the best! Absolutely!

I have one eye that has a bump from a stitch and is tighter then the other one because the other eye droops which I pointed out within the post-op time and he told me that my forehead was drooping, really within two months after the surgery! He told me to come back in a year and I should be eligible for insurance! That is what was disappointing, then months later when I returned to see if he would FIX what he did I was told that now it was cosmetic surgery, REALLY! He got mad and walked out!

I went to Dr. Ross after having a terrible experience with another physician for a bleph that was done. My lids were a mess after the first ocular surgeon. Thank goodness for Dr. Ross and his knowledge. Sometimes you don't always get knowledge and a good bedside manner with a doctor but he has both! I highly recommend Dr. Ross and his staff that works with him. Thank you! Denise

Dr Ross is by far one of the best physicians I have ever encountered. His vitae is impeccable. His skill as both a physician & surgeon are superb. His bedside manner & that of his assistant in the office, JoAnne, cannot be beat! Yes, one waits if the office is very busy. Bring a book, relax & enjoy some down time! I was one of the patient's that had to be "worked into," his busy schedule because of an infection. Ultimately I had surgery performed by this very caring, affable & skilled surgeon.

This group puts profits before patients care. I've had a two year nightmare...with worst problems then I started with.. Now I'm desperately seeking a solution to two eye procedures gone bad and unable to find anyone who wants to help.
