I’m 59 & he’s the best Dr I’ve ever had. He’s a very great Dr, very compassionate. He doesn’t only care about the physical side of your health, he also cares about the mental side also. If he finds a problem, he keeps digging until he gets to what caused the problem or illness to begin with. That’s what he did for me, even though it took a lot of time & energy on his part. It took approximately 6 years. But he got it figured out. I’m very thankful to Dr Potts & always will be!!!

Although Dr Potts and staff are friendly, I went a whole year before hearing from them that I have major medical issues based on my lab results. Also they never contacted me regarding a diagnosis. They stated only in my online profile I have these issues.

I would recommend Dr Potts to everyone. I've seen him for about 10 years. His bedside manner is outstanding. When he enters the room, he sits down next to you and really listens to your concerns. You are never rushed out. He cares about his patients and doing what's best for their health. As a bonus, his nurse also is very pleasant, and will do anything she can to help.
