Arrogant and useless
Was told my by surgeon to see him, as I was not getting much relief form my current pain management. He walked in,looked at the computer screen, told me there was nothing he could help me with- did not even want to hear my issues. Told my surgeon he should not send patients to him.

Dr Kreiner and his staff are incredible. I live in Oceanside, New York and travel approximately one hour without traffic just so he can perform the procedures that are needed to my back and neck. I suffer intensely from normal wear and tear , Osteo arthritis's and psoriatic arthritis with scoliosis of my spine. He is efficient , professional , Listens, and answers any and all questions thoroughly and can be really funny to. Shout out to his staff , who was also gracious and outstanding staff who cared for me. I would recommend Doctor Kreiner Highly. Hope while reading this post I’ve helped you find so relief and peace while dealing with your pain.

Refuses a follow up call
Was recommended to Dr. Kreiner by Dr. Schwartz for back pain. Upon my visit I spoke to the nurse practitioner, The Doctor only came in to tell me they would take an x ray and then wait for approval to do an MRI. They got approval for the MRI before I left and proceeded with the MRI. They said I would be contacted as soon as they got the results. After a week I called because they had not contacted me. After being bounced around on the phone just to speak with his assistant. I was told I must come in to see the doctor to discuss the results. The nurse practitioner requested he call me to tell me what type of therapy or treatment he would recommend, but till this day 4.25.24 he has not called or even had his assistant or anyone call for that matter. The visit cost me $450 out of pocket plus the copay and they expect me to go back or they will not speak to me on the phone. Obviously the Hippocratic Oath means nothing these days, doctors are just in it for the money only.

Outstanding experience!
My experience with Dr Kreiner was excellent. I find him to be compassionate, empathetic, and wanting nothing more than to improve my condition. Not to mention, his sense of humor! Always a pleasure to relieve anxiety. The staff is knowledgeable and lovely. I highly recommend him!

Very little wait time to see Dr. Kreiner. As always, he was very friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. He provided a thorough explanation for both former and upcoming procedures. I strongly recommend him to anyone who is in need of treatment for pain management.

My wife saw him and he was very cold, uncaring, rushed, didn't listen to our concerns. He was like this is how it is if you don't like it, too bad. He did not help with her severe pain. I think he likes the idea of being a doctor but his heart is not into it and would rather be playing golf

Dr. Kreiner has to be the worst pain doctor, hands down. I have chronic pain, CRPS, stenosis, degenerative bone disease with necrosis in my entire back, neck and hips and chronic abdominal pain. The first time I saw him he was okay. He wasn't overly friendly but as long as he would be able to help me I thought, it doesn't matter if he has a personality or not. Within 2 months of him ordering me pain meds HE decided that I should be getting better and I shouldn't be on medication so he was going to wein me off by ordering me a medication that is given to patients coming off pain meds so they don't go through withdrawal. He didn't tell me this is what he was doing and when my pain became more than I could bear it was apparent that it was because of him trying to get me off my medication All my diagnosis's are well documented with multiple MRIs, CAT scan's and Epidural injections that didn't work for me He makes you feel like you are drug seeking and he is very, judgmental and Rude.

I went in with a herniated disc and stenosis. PT wasn’t working so well. Dr Kreiner was knowledgeable about my condition and gave me the time I wish my orthopedist would give me. Dr Kreiner delivered fast, safe, and targeted relief. Highly recommend.

Dr. Kreiner is one of the best interventional pain management doctors in the area. He is very thorough, truthful, and answers all of my questions, which sometimes are a lot. As someone who has been in chronic pain for almost my whole lifetime, I take my pain management regimen seriously. I feel as if Dr. Kreiner understands that! Dr. Kreiners secretary and assistants are also amazing. The whole office staff is very easy going and that’s very important when you deal with people in pain all day!!

It's all about money with this Doctor. He'll have you going and going, without helping. If it's just about the very basics of pain management, he is OK.

I have been seeing dr Kriner for a while now. He is taking care of my back pain successfully. Ariana,Christina,Wendy and especially Debbie have always been pleasant and helpful. Never did I get the impression that my questions or requests for specific appointments were annoying to them. They just do their best to help. Dr Kriner listens and hears what you are saying. I can highly recommend Dr Kriner to all.
