Dr. Kanel took his time to carefully explain how he would take care of me during surgery, and assured me I would have no pain or nausea afterwards. I felt great when I woke up from my surgery and had no pain or nausea! He was very patient and eased my fears. Would highly recommend Dr. Kanel!

I was quite shocked to read the last two reviews on Dr. Kanel, I had to check that it was the same Anesthesiologist as that was not our experience at all. He was the anesthesiologist for our 17 year old daughters recent surgery and we were most impressed by him. He had a great bedside manner, was engaging and explained things clearly and was open to questions. It was the first time our daughter was having to be put under and I felt comforted in knowing she was in such good hands. She had no negative side effects coming out of her surgery and bounced by quickly, which is an indicator that Dr. Kanel did a brilliant job. I hope that Dr. Kanel reads this review as I truly want to thank him from the bottom of my heart for taking such good care of our daughter and appreciated his expertise. Thank you, thank you Dr. Kanel!

My experience with Dr. Kanel was very poor. He was untrustworthy and unwilling to do what he was supposed to, a very dishonest person and a poor physician who treats people poorly. Selfish and unpleasant.

He was very untrustworthy and his answers were not honest. Nor did he discharge his responsibilities. Avoid him if possible

Dr Kanel is very gentle and kind! He took some time to talk with me before my surgery and make sure I was comfortable with him. He was clean cut and very attentive, asked me questions and kept me calm. After I woke up, he made sure to check in on me and made sure I had the proper pain management as I recovered. Thanks Dr K!

Dr. Kanel is the best! Very thorough. I was super anxious prior to surgery, but he answered all my questions and put me at ease that I was in good hands.
