Very Knowledgeable
Dr Hoppe is very knowledgeable and up on all new medical information and takes the time to be very thorough. The 2 things I'd mark him down on is he has very stiff personality , doesn't make you want to talk about difficult topics because he is so robot like. The other thing is sometimes he seems to be overly cautious with treating issues at times. Likes to wait and see.

Dr Hoppe has been my PCP for the last 20+ years. He has been tremendous in taking care of my needs and continually exceeds my expectations. My wife also sees Dr Hoppe and is always impressed with his attention to detail and thoroughness.

Never ever met him, never ever spoke to him, yet he took it upon himself to cut my long time medication for anxiety and panic attacks, I'm supposed to wean myself off them in 30 days, all without informing me of this beforehand, while my own PCP is on furlough. I wrote a letter to CEO of Prevea. Only then was I was told how to wean myself off them, by a nurse on the phone. "Dr" Hoppe retaliated by refusing my request to let me have a few of the meds on hand as security and back up in case of severe anxiety or panic attack. I was told by a nurse on the phone that he said if I was having a panic attack, to go to the emergency room. Seriously? Clearly, he knows nothing about panic or anxiety disorders. His lack of human compassion is staggering.
