As a breast cancer survivor I’ve made the rounds of many doctors my first visit was excellent. Each staff member was efficient and pleasant.

Treated my wife poorly on multiple occasions. Kristy and Ruth, his staff, had poor people skills and will avoid returning calls. The dr sets the culture of the office and staffs it with likeminded people: people who do not care about anything or anyone. No compassion, but 1 routine follow up turned into multiple visits that they billed maximum for and left us with to pay multiple copays for the same thing. It was a nightmare to watch what they put my wife through during an emotional time when trying to screen for breast cancer.

Please, go elsewhere. You are a number to them, just another body to bill insurance. He is too busy to provide care that he now has a call center of people who aren’t medically trained fielding calls and delaying care. He is a doctor who does not care.

For the years that I've been with Dr. Hechtman, all visits & surgery were professional, safe, hopeful but laughable assuring me and my family that I have always in great hands. And they all went well. Thank God for placing he and his staff in our lives. We love you all.

On day of biopsy procedure they were not ready for my procedure I was left in rm for an hour in a half waitting for them to figure out how to get what be needed n didn't have. I didn't get a GD mrng from him. The only time I heard him speak was to tell me to lay dwn and relax. Jed be right back. I was left dealing with his nurse n asked what was going on. N y I was left in rm for so long close to 2 hours. Then she explained the why I wasn't happy with her responds. I felt unconfident and said I was leaving to find another surgeon he was in prepared not friendly towards me not explain anything that was happening. He may be a great surgeon but he needs new staff n be prepared for pts when they go in. A smile n hello would help pts like myself who have sever anxiety.

Dr Hechtman is a doctor and surgeon you want in your corner! His stats speaks for themselves! Incredible surgeon!!!! He has been an ally in my breast cancer from day one. Highly recommend

He was great! He has done 2 procedures on me and I was pleased with the results. I trust him. I would recommend him 100 percent.

This office is very unprofessional. The doctor is VERY nice, but his staff members are rude and ignorant as to the laws and policies that they reference as a means of trying to convince patients to returning for unnecessary follow up visits. He should consider educating his staff on laws and regulations as well as proper etiquette. I wouldn't go here. The doctor is nice, but you have to deal with his rude, ignorant staff for anything beyond the visit with him.

He is wonderful, takes time to listen and answer questions, I would recommend him 100%. He's staff are very courteous, professional.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - TERRIBLE DOCTOR & STAFF DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR YOU WILL BE LEFT TO YOUR OWN AFTER SURGERY WITH NO HELP! ARROGANT, RUDE, RUSHED & TERRIBLY UNPROFESSIONAL! After major surgery he was unavailable with no one on call to help me! His staff only repeated every call I made to call the hospital he is not available this was for over a week! NO ONE ON CALL after major surgery! THE SURGERY was terrible most everything he told me was wrong! I HAVE TRULY SUFFERED!

Saw Dr. Hechtman for multiple breast cyst and bleeding of my breast, I was referred to him for a breast biopsy. I provided him with all the films MRI, Sonogram etc.. He looked at the images and made faces, making light of my situation. I explained how breast cancer ran through my family at a high rate, In the recent yrs I lost several family members and my sister was currently receiving chemo and would soon after have a double mastectomy. No biopsy, No appt, nothing was done. HORRIBLE!!

He does not have bedside manners. He is arrogant I don't recommend this doctor. I visited 3 times his office because my mother 80y/o need to have a biopsy. He never greeted us when got to the office. He just is rude and the staff is not nice either.

Dr Jason has been taking care of me for almost 10 years. He has treated me through 2 breast cancer diagnosis. He has always gone over and beyond what he should as a doctor and I always feel like I am the most important person in the office when I'm there. He is fantastic and I go to him for everything! He tells you like it is and does not BS you. I trust him immensely!!

Dr. Jason Hechtman is an awesome doctor. He took the best care if me with my bilateral mastectomy. He has in if the best bedside manners of just about any doctor I've been too. You will be pleasantly surprised. Thank you Dr.H for everything you've done for me. J.W

Horrible bedside manner.. Was shocked as he was a classmate of my sisters in medical school. Can't speak to his abilities, but would not recommend.. I think he should find another specialty with less contact with patients. His staff are good, but Dr Hechtman is very rude and unprofessional.

Dr. Hechtman is an excellent doctor who truly cares about his patients. I had a lump in my breast and he ordered tests to rule out cancer. My insurance denied the tests, due to my age and a lack of family history of cancer. However, he called my insurance and convinced them to approve the tests. The tests revealed that I indeed did have cancer. Thanks to him, we discovered my cancer at stage 1 and I have made a full recovery.

Diagnosed in less than 5 minutes and got right what multiple doctors in 4 years couldn't. Super quick to get into surgery to repair the problem. Very down to earth and reassuring.

He is aan that is confident in his abilities and make you feel very comfortable with every decision he make with your health care. Has alot of knowledge.
