Never go here. Dr Guillot is poor artist. He will charge your insurance a rediculous amount for a consultation even if you pay the consultation fee. He will continually try to make money and recommend procedures you don’t need. He would have been better at selling cars. Disgraceful doctor.

I had minor Tinnitus then Dr. Guillot used some sort of vacuum device to clear wax but the machine was turned up too high and the noise of the machine hurt my ear and I jumped about 2 ft. high, after that my minor Tinnitus went to severe Tinnitus. He seems to be more interested in selling hearing aids, doing facial plastic surgery, and selling cosmetic products because he has a large portion of the building dedicated to that.

Dr Guillot and his staff are amazing! He has treated my entire family. Every encounter with him and his staff has been top notch service and Dr Guillot personally called to check on my daughter after surgery! His medispa is also fantastic - great products, services and my fillers are always perfect! I highly recommend him as both an ENT and as a Facial Plastic surgeon.

He was kind, compassionate and spoke directly to my 7 year old. He called to check on her later in the evening on the day of her surgery and again the following day, since it was a Friday, to see if we had any concerns going into the weekend when regular office hours were closed. As a Health Provider myself, I know how much extra time this personal contact takes, but it is very much appreciated!

My experience at with Dr.Guillot was great. I had a lipoma removed on my forehead. Having two children (which was a lot more painful) I never received a phone call from my doctor to check and see how things were going after. However, Dr. Guillot called me twice following my lipoma removal to check up before my seven day follow up.

I took my 2 year old to Dr. Guillot after a few recommendations from other moms. I found him to be very condescending and difficult to talk with. Furthermore, my son has had two sets of tubes and continues to have frequent ear infections. My concerns have been met with disbelief (even though these ear infections were diagnosed by his pediatrician) and excuses rather than any meaningful care by Dr. Guillot.

First of all...the facility is first class and Dr. Guillot and his staff are professional, caring, informative and punctual. I have “never” been happier with a physician and the care received. I had an incision made to the front of my throat and you can’t even see the scar. He did a phenomenal job. His quick wit and sense of humor while I was feeling nervous during the procedure was most comforting as well. I highly recommended Dr Guillot!

If I could, I’d give Dr. Guillot and his team at SLENT 10 stars! I came to him a year ago with an urgent situation and I didn’t know it at the time, but that appointment would be life-changing. After years of dealing with chronic bronchitis and sinus infections, Dr. Guillot suggested a treatment plan and one year later, I can honestly say I’ve not had one bout and my allergies are 100% better. My only regret is not finding him sooner. He and his staff are the absolute best!

Dr. Guillot rebuild my whole nose. I had cancer my nose nose had to be cut off. He did a great job. You can not tell where he cut my face to repair my nose. He is very nice and pleasant to talk to. he really cares about his people. He even calls himself to see how you are doing. I think that is the greatest thing ever. I tell everyone about him.

He is a knowledgeable physician, who devotes sufficient time and attention to the client to facilitate properly assessing her/his needs, and rendering the correct treatment. He displays caring and compassion, qualities often lost in today's market of medical care. I love Dr Guillot! He is super friendly and never rushes through your visit. I was referred to him by my PCP for severe sinus issues. I just had surgery and for the first time in years I can breathe! So glad I saw him.

Dr. Guillot is amazing. His office staff is HORRENDOUS. After my son's surgery, I called about my bill. I didn't have a problem with paying the bill, I just didn't understand why it stated I needed to pay my deductible when I paid it at the hospital prior to the surgery. Instead of explaining the process to me, PAM HUNG UP ON ME MID SENTENCE after repeatedly interrupting my questions. I don't know where these people got their customer service skills from but hanging up on customers is a no no.
