When the STAFF loves the doctor...
I recently visited my newly assigned GP, and was so pleasantly surprised! As I chatted up the nurse (PA) as she took my vitals etc., she kept mentioning how lucky I was to have Dr. Groomer as my doctor - I noted she seemed to really love him and she said, 'That's because he really cares - about his staff (she'd been working there 8 months after having been somewhere else for 9 years), and his patients. He really listens and works to know the patient. And he's knowledgeable.' I found her to be accurate and Dr. Jason Groomer to be efficient, caring, patient and thorough. I'm happy to have him as an ally in my healthcare. And his team are happy, so they're great to the clients coming in too!
