Very professional with excellent bedside manner. Made me feel at ease and respected. Showed me my MRI scans, X-Rays etc pointing out and explained my condition (Cervical Vertebra issues) that if surgery goes wrong serious consequences . For my treatment he referred me to physical therapy and pain management injections first. Once the treatments did not sufficiently improve my condition then he and I discussed surgery. Surgery went extremely well. Great follow-up aftercare. Dr. Garber is well know in the community and I talked with many of his patients including Veterans and they told me he is one of the best. I so agree and glad I had the privilege of being his patient. Highly recommend!

Dr. Jason Garber is an expert in his field. He works with you to get your procedure accomplished no matter what obstacles that may come. He is also a very compassionate doctor. I highly recommend him.

This doctor has excellent bedside manner and he exudes compassion and empathy in caring for his patients. He performed laminectomy on me from L4-L5 to S1 and he eased my pain and suffering which 9 out of 10 to 1 to 2 out of 10 in three weeks after my surgery. I would highly recommend this kind doctor without any hesitation. Also, his staff and particularly his PA, Stephen Kiss are exceptional in meeting the need of his patients. For example, Stephen Kiss called me five days after the surgery to come in the emergency room at Mountainview Hospital to remove the drainage core from my spine. Overall, I'm highly satisfied with all his staff.

I have had lower back pain and numbness in my lower back and left leg. I was referred to Dr. Garber by another medical facility, he diagnosed my conditioned and performed Surgery. My condition was immediately corrected. Dr Garber and his staff and hospital crew was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout this whole process. I highly recommend Dr. Garber.

I was really impressed with Dr Garber and his PAs, Dustin and Steve. My Initial visit was extraordinary. After viewing my MRI, both Dustin and Dr Garber didn't even ask how I felt or where it hurt: they TOLD me where it hurt and how I felt. And they were spoton correct.

Dr. Garber is fantastic! He does what is necessary, but does not rush to surgery. He encourages less invasive treatments first. Another doc I saw for the same issue wanted to rush to a full spinal fusion without considering other options. Only after therapy and injections failed did Dr. Garber recommended a laminectomy (no fusion), and I feel great only a few months after surgery!

Dr Garber did my cervical spine surgery March 2020 and someone adjusted my neck it damaged my surgery and busted C5-6..I returned to Dr Garber because he had previously done an excellent job. On May30,2024 I had my second cervical spinal surgery 6weeks later Im so pleased and ready to tackle life again.Thank you Dr Garber for your EXCELLENT bedside manners. Thank you to his PA. After 4 spine surgeries, I’ve finally found a surgeon who understands the breadth of issues surrounding back pain. Dr. Garber respects your time and the issues you’re facing. He and his team are exceptional. Further, his team at MountainView Hospital are professional, caring and knowledgeable. I cannot compliment them enough. It is without question that I would recommend Dr. Garber and his team for your neurological needs.

Excellent!! Dr. Garber and his team did a lot of work repairing my previous, neck fusions. My arms are moving freely, still recovering and improving only 2 weeks post op. Amazingly NO more headaches, migraines stuffered since a head on collision in 1989 feel like a new woman, so very grateful!!

With an inevitable surgery upon me, I came to his office begrudgingly. After meeting Dr Garber, I proceeded forward. This was my 3rd back surgery (after a botched one from Arkansas) and I was nervous. Day of the operation came and I woke up knowing and feeling right then, he had changed my life. My pain was gone. I was able to stand for more than 5 minutes and walk effortlessly, something I wasn’t able to do for years. Only one month after the surgery, I felt like I could take on the world (although I know I shouldn’t). I have nothing but praise for him and the quality of life he has provided me. Thank you Dr. Garber. Truly a master of his trade.

Injury from 2005 finally at the point where getting out of bed was no longer easy. Met with Dr Garber and his team. He listened. Let me repeat that. He listened. Finally a doctor heard me. 19 years is a long time to deal with something that Dr. Garber solved with a surgery that honestly has not disrupted my life. The two PA’s I worked with before and after the surgery at his office and especially at the hospital were top notch. Both PA’s added value to this experience. After the surgery in the hospital could have been scary. Dr. Garber’s PA had me walking the first day and I was able to walk a full mile within a week….and I’m 60 and lazy! Couldn’t be happier with results.

Dr Garber is a very straight forward doctor. He recommends every test and treatment to give him and his patient the best facts and options possible for treatment and/or surgical procedure to treat the patients issues. He made me feel very confident in him and the surgery he performed.

My first visit over 5 years ago as a result of being t-boned by a suburban Dr. Garber knew what needed to be done. Insurance caused the delay. It has been 6 weeks since the disk replacement surgery. My pain levels have went from averaging 9/10 to 2/10.

I had lower back disc replacement surgery. I had pain for most of my adult life and after all the injections and drugs, I finally decided to get the surgery. It was a scary thing, the surgery, my family was very nervous, but Dr. Garber put my fears to ease and I was able to undergo the surgery with very little apprehension. Key stuff:The doctors appointments sometimes went behind schedule, as any doctors office visits would, but I noticed Dr. Garber would personally apologize if it took too long. In this day and age, that's good bed manners, especially for a neurosurgeon. Dr. Garber would explain and patiently listen to my concerns and had answers! I don't know how many times I went to a doctors office and I'd just get a run around. Dr. Garber knows his stuff and there's no nonsense.HIs staff is awesome! Lise (Lisa) responded to all my legitimate and silly questions literally the same day via email after my surgery (I blame the drugs). I could go on, but no more space.

Dr. Garber and his staff were amazing. I went to him after I was involved in a rear-end collision which fractured a vertebrae and destroyed one of my discs. Dr. Garber was very upfront with all of the options in front of me and honest with what he thought was best. He was responsive to my questions and his confidence in helping me was a huge relief when it came to surgery day. He personally came down to check on me just before surgery and the entire procedure went very well. I am already up and about 2 months after the procedure and have incredible relief from what I was suffering from before. In my last two follow-ups, he has come in and checked on my progress. I don't know what others are talking about in reference to his demeanor. He has always had a smile on his face when I saw him, was very clear speaking to me, and I would 100% recommend him. I see why he is considered one of the best in his field and I am very grateful for his help and his staffs professionalism. Thank you!

Doctor Garber is a brilliant surgeon with gifted hands. During the past five years, I had two separate issues with my spine. Two times Doctor Garber has given me my life back as it was before any back issues and debilitating pain. He is conservative and does what is best for both the ease of recovery and long-term spinal health. Recently I had a laminectomy. The next day I was walking laps on the hospital floor, totally pain-free. He is a godsend. Dustin is terrific as well. I always feel heard and respected. Truly I am grateful.
