We were referred to Dr Fowler and couldn’t be any happier with him and his staff. They were professional, helpful and very personable. After a very long surgery, he was able to save all of Rays fingers; we expected he would lose at least two of them. He didn’t waste any time; got him in and took care of everything so fast!! I'm two weeks Post-Op. Dr. Fowler has been amazing through the entire process. From the initial consult to the follow ups after surgery. I was a 34E and very lopsided with large nipples. He was unsure about doing a nipple reduction at the same time as the breast/areola reduction because there could be complications. Turned out, (only because everything looked perfect for him to do so, while in surgery) he was able to do it all for me and at no extra cost. I'm so happy. Everything is healing up nicely, with sensitivity and soreness yet, of course. I'm not sure what size they actually are yet as there is still some swelling, but I'm loving my news boobs! So worth it!

Dr.Fowler was Terrific. He has a great bed side manner he is knowledgable and cares greatly on the results and work he does. I would highly suggest him and his team for any care you need. His nurses and support staff are patient kind and give you the time you need to understand what you need to know.

My first visit with Dr Fowler was to talk about a 2nd breast reduction, my first was 24 years ago. He took the time to explain any and all possible issues that could happen with a 2nd surgery. I am now 10 weeks post op and love the results. The extra weight off my shoulders has not only helped my back and neck, but my self esteem as well. I would highly recommend him!

Within 5 minutes of meeting Dr Fowler I knew I was in good hands...I had lost a large chunk of the rim and cartilage on my ear due to basal cancer. I was hurting, nervous, and so scared that I would never have a normal looking ear again. He was so kind and so compassionate!! He explained all my options and we decided on a total reconstruction. The first surgery went perfect! But, I had a complication. I was bit by a spider right behind the ear that caused a massive infection. The infection infiltrated my surgery site and traveled down the side of my neck. It was nasty!!! It had to lanced, flushed, and drained twice. It destroyed some of the new cartilage that had been inserted on the rim. Doc Fowler got me through it all!! He kept close watch on me & even called me at home to check on me. Even with all of the complications my outcome was unbelievable!!! You would never know I had anything done to my ear...he is an amazing surgeon and man. I am proud to call him a friend :)

When I was looking for a Board Certified Doctor I was relieved to find Dr. Fowler. When I had my first meeting with him I felt sure that he would hear my vision for myself and make me SNATCHED to the GODS. I wanted a doctor who had that old fashioned "bed side manner, and in no rush to move on to another patient type of attitude". Dr. Fowler was just that. I am SNATCHED and happy. With my faith, support team, and him as my doctor, I never felt more certain, confident, and empowered to do this for me.

I had bilateral implant ruptures with pain. My options were thoroughly explored helping me to make the best decision for me, The implants were removed along with a breast lift. "Bye bye implants YEAH" The outcome...more than I could have asked for! I feel like myself again. Scaring appears to be minimum, appearance/placement is very natural. Yesterday I received my certificate from Dr. Fowler celebrating the completion of my breast reconstructive journey. I met with Dr. Fowler prior to my double mastectomy to discuss my reconstructive options. He took as much time as I needed to listen to my concerns and answered my questions (and those of my family members) with compassion and honesty. Throughout the breast reconstruction process he made sure I was comfortable and happy with the results at every step. Four "F's" helped me beat breast cancer--Faith, Family, Friends and Physicians (if you spell it phonically). I am blessed that Dr. Fowler was one of the physicians who helped restore my health and confidence.

After being diagnosed with breast cancer in my mid 20’s, I decided to have a bilateral mastectomy with reconstruction. “The Man The Myth The Legend” Doctor Jason Fowler This past January I shot myself with a .45 caliber G2 R.I.P round one of the deadliest rounds ever made the bullet blew off my jaw and a good portion of my face im lucky to have my nose, both eyes, and no brain damage. I was rushed to Saint Marys in Duluth MN and immediately went into surgery. The surgeon- Doctor Jason Fowler who did those first reconstructive surgeries completely re built my entire face he put 16 plates in my mouth and carefully put everything back together I woke up in the ICU and was later moved to the Trauma center. Dr. Fowler came in and told me that I would have to have another surgery and that he was going to take a good chunk of my upper right hip bone so he could craft a piece to connect both jaw bones in the middle of my mouth. Dr. Fowler is the Houdini of modern day surgerys Duluth is lucky to have Dr. Fowler he could easily be practicing at the Mayo Clinic or any other top hospitals in the nation.

Always honest and upfront about my breast reconstruction options and the pros and cons of each. Very friendly, honest (even when it was something unpleasant to hear), and easy to talk to. Always made time for my husband and myself to ask qestions about the riskier procedure I was having, and always made me feel truly cared about. Very easy to highly recommend him.

I am extremely pleased with the results of my breast reduction and panniculectomy. Dr. Fowler and his staff treated me respectfully and were attentive to my concerns. The procedure and recovery were exactly as had been explained to me. My only regret is that I didn't do this 40 years ago. But I guess you are never too old to want to look and feel your best.

Five years after a mastectomy, I decided to explore the possibility of breast reconstruction. From my first to my most recent meeting with Dr. Fowler, I could not be more pleased. He took time to listen to each question I posed, even if it was for the second or third time. He took time to answer each question thoroughly, offering both guidance and options. This left me feeling cared for, safe, and confident in my choices. Beyond that, the skill with which he has completed my surgeries has left me feeling at home in my body, attractive, and without any regrets! I also want to say that the nursing and administrative staff at the Essentia office where I had all my visits have also been incredible: taking time, again, to answer questions, as well as taking excellent care of me through all the fills needed for the tissue expanders. I had a first hand experience dealing with Dr. Fowler following some facial trauma that needed immediate care. I was very impressed with his professionalism and wonderful service after dealing with him within an hour of my trauma. He went out of his way to make sure I felt comfortable and was attended to in a timely manner. Following my care, you would never even notice I had facial injuries. From the moment he started describing the procedure he’d be doing on my nose to repair what the Moh’s procedure left, I had no doubt in my mind he would do right by me. Dr. Jason Fowler is the plastic surgeon who gave me back what cancer took from me. I had breast reconstruction surgery previously with a different surgeon and things did not go as planned.
