I’ve not visited this doctor but he worked in my home town where he is being charged with misconduct for carrying out unnecessary surgeries for financial gain... If this is your doctor he won’t be for long and good thing! Gave one start because this page makes you pick one. If they had a minus I’d be picking it.

Last year I needed Dr. Dreyer's skills to fix my lower spine. My MRI showed a bulging disc that was pressing on a nerve causing me shooting pain in my right leg and foot. I was unable to walk without a cane/walker. Dr. Dreyer explained clearly the procedure and I felt no pressure to do the procedure. That decision was mine. I have a huge amount of confidence in his skills as he had done a cervical spine fusion previously on me prior to his move to Spokane and I've had absolutely no problems since so I explored the internet to find him when I started having this new problem with my back. My MRI was done locally with the problem seen here too. Dr. Dreyer did the surgery on my lower back and I was able to walk out of the hospital with no problem. He followed up with 2 telahealth appointments too. I was able to finally return to work after this surgery. Dr. Dreyer is the best surgeon I have ever had. I don't know what I will ever do if he is taken away. I still need one more surgery!

I am writing this on behalf of my husband who had brain surgery by Dr. Dreyer. I am sooooo thankful that we ended up with Dr. Dreyer! He is by far the best doctor that we have been too. He will take the time to explain what he is thinking, what he wants to do, and what the next steps will be. My husband had no complications during surgery and the scar is healing nicely. His office staff are great! At the last minute, they were able to get together a letter for our apartment saying that we needed to move to a 1st floor. We will definitely be using him for a future spine/back surgery!!! WE LOVE HIM!!!

The patient is my mother for whom I am the caregiver. She was 84 years old when she desperately needed lumbar surgery for a near ruptured disc that was pressing on a nerve. Her primary care doctor did not want to refer her for surgery. I approached Dr. Dryer and asked him to take a look at her MRI -to which he agreed. He took her to surgery quickly and repaired he lumbar spine using laparoscopic minimally invasive technique. She sailed through the surgery -has NO pain now and her quality of life was restored! Thank you Dr. Dryer! Highly recommend this Provider!

I had pinched nerves and bone on bone at L3,L4,L5 and now have 3 rods supporting my back. Had surgery in December, 2017 and 3 months later I am pain free, have regained the feeling and strength back in my right leg. I am so glad I was referred by a friend to Dr. Dryer. He is a young, and extremely talented back surgeon. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing back surgery and relief from that kind of pain.

I had to have emergency back surgery to take care of a blood clot in my spinal column that left me paralyzed from the waist down. He performed surgery and after 2 months I was able to walk with a walker.

The office is extraordinarily poor at scheduling appointments. After waiting 2 months for my scheduled appointment, I was told that the appointment was cancelled and rescheduled for a month later. The scheduling staff seems to have no consideration for the amount of pain the client is dealing with. It doesn't help if the physician is good or not if you can't get in to see him. I feel like I wasted a year dealing with this clinic and I'm moving to a different physician.

Dr Dreyer has done two surgeries for me with in the last 7 months and I am very pleased with the results and care I received. I have complete confidence and trust in his skills and abilities. He is kind and spent all the time I needed to understand what the procedure would be and answered all of our questions. Because of his compassion and positive attitude I went into surgery feeling calm & comfortable. I have and will continue to recommend him to anyone facing spinal surgery. Great Doctor!

I was so confident about having my back surgery after my initial appointment with Dr. Dreyer. He's down to earth, speaks in terms that I understood, very caring and is an excellent surgeon. He really understood the severe pain I was in and scheduled me for surgery within two weeks. I would refer him to anyone with no hesitations. I am so grateful to my family physician for recommending Dr.Dreyer.

Dr. Dreyer was very patient and explained everything clearly. He always seemed genuinely interested in any/all questions. Technically, what can I say.. a miracle worker! It took too long to get my first appointment, with all the steps required to get there (almost 5 months of wicked pain). That's why the lower star on Ease of Scheduling.
