blessed to have him as my doctor, he listens and explains everything really well.

Dr. Castro always greets my family and me with a smile, takes a genuine interest in our well being, attends to our medical care, and makes it all look easy. He adds in some light-hearted, upbeat good humor. I appreciate him and am thankful for his care.

My husband went to see dr Castro Moses for a physical. First thing that Jason Castro said was “you are lucking like you need a nap”. Appointment was after he came from work (construction not office). After a week we received the statement from TGH to pay for some new health issue but this was only a yearly check up and there were no new health issues so why were we charged for something that is not the case? I reached out to fix it but they must have used the wrong codes when they entered it into the system. No real help to fix it so we will never go back. Very disappointed by the customer service. Appointment was for physical only. There were no new changes in his health and dr Jason Castro said ‘go and crack a beer and relax’. Don’t think he would say that if there were new health issues. If you care to, please help us resolve this.

What a pleasant first visit to my new Doctor, how many people ever say that? The office was orderly, the appointment was on time, and because this was my first visit I did not know what to expect. These days it seems hard to get an appointment with a new Doctor let alone enjoy the first visit. Doctor Castro was fantastic. He listened, asked questions, and shared plenty of time with me, I did not feel rushed at all. Doctor Castro seems like a caring individual and I feel like I will be under good care with him as my new Doctor

My first time visit to Dr. Castro surprised me. For a long time I did not see such a nice and knowledgeable doctor with perfect bedside manners and sense of humor. He took time to talk to me with patience and kindness. He was very informative and give me many options how to treat my conditions. Highly recommend.

Dr. Castro is a wonderful Doctor!! Great bedside manors. He listens to his patient and gets to the bottom of your issues. He will refer you to a specialist when needed and he is just down to earth.. Wonderful person and I would highly recommend him!!

Although new to Dr Castro, I already consider him to be kind-hearted and he has my BEST interests at heart. He is punctual, attentive; and has a welcoming presence - with an empathetic approach. He does active listening and validates the patient. I found him to have a nice sense of humor too~ which was an added bonus! He is light-hearted when appropriate, while being direct to ensure OPTIMAL clinical outcomes. Overall, a FANTASTIC doctor that is an asset to the TGMG organization...and to the Medical profession itself! Dr Castro and his staff are the best I have ever been to. Dr. Castro is my regular Dr. He takes his time with you to explain things clearly and addresses any concerns you have. 1st time in this office and meeting Dr Castro. Office seemed efficient and I was comfortable.

Dr. Castro helped me with documents that needed attention. Throughout a very busy high demanding morning for him and his staff , he gets things done. His straight forward keep it real sense of humor approach turned my tears into laughter. The medical assistant Briana was so caring and helpful , went above and beyond to help me. Yolanda at the front desk is so busy and helpful and always makes you feel welcomed . I like Dr. Castro's unique personality , he is knowledgeable and confident . He is trustworthy.
