Worst pediatric doctor
I brought my child to Dr. Brooks for a routine well visit. During the appointment, I mentioned that my son was experiencing frequent nosebleeds, and Dr. Brooks suggested a topical treatment. However, what followed was an extremely distressing and unprofessional experience.Without clearly explaining the procedure or obtaining proper consent, Dr. Brooks returned with an assistant and began forcefully holding down my child to cauterize the inside of his nose without anesthesia. My child was terrified and screaming. I immediately told Dr. Brooks to stop, but he ignored me and continued, grabbing my child’s head to complete the procedure. It wasn’t until I physically intervened that I was able to console my son. This ordeal was deeply traumatizing for both me and my child, who has since experienced recurring nightmares. The lack of communication, consent, and compassion displayed by Dr. Brooks is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone!

This office is very difficult to communicate with. You can't get past the front desk staff to make any sort of complaint. Heaven forbid you have an emergency because they book so far out for appointments. They don't return messages and provider turnover rate seems to be high.
