Worst experience of my life. Doctor's take a Hippocratic oath to first do no harm, but they don't seem to care about that.

The surgery went very well, and the staff was terrific. The doctors, nurses, and staff very accommodating.

Good visit. Listened closely to my situation and proscribed a good level of treatment.

I went to Dr. Boole for a second opinion in reference to tinnitus and sensory neuro hearing loss. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. Very impressed with everyone I came in contact with. Highly recommend.

Dr. Boole and his staff all are very professional, caring and their facilities are well kept. With Covid going on? Their exceptional attention to health precautions made me feel safe. This is very important to me. Dr. Boole seems very kind and dedicated to helping you understand everything needed to treat your ailments. Also? Minimize suffering. My ENT appts before with others? No numbing agent before scope used. He made sure there was no pain AND explained as he used the scope on what he saw as he let me watch on screen. He treated me with dignity. If I need any ENT services? I will go to Dr. Boole's office.

I was very nervous about seeing a new doctor but believe me, Dr. Boole's care and care from his staff was outstanding. He was extremely careful doing the necessary tests too. Calling the office with a frightening case of acute vertigo, Samantha answered the phone promptly, & she represented this medical practice with the ideal balance of professionalism and compassion, kindly scheduling me for a same day appointment. Dr. Boole was pleasant and comprehensive in gathering information for a patient history, as well as the exam itself. His level of knowledge and passion for what he does reassured me that I received the best of care.

This practice is well organized, front to back. Smooth upon entering and exiting! Loved Dr. Boole and all his staff. My husband has suffered with serious sinus problems for years. The ENT he had been going to simply handed a prescription for nasal spray meds and never really addressed the problem! The sprays never worked. However, Dr. Boole, developed a plan of action, after a thorough examination. We were very happy when leaving, because we feel that Dr. Boole is going to solve my husband's issues!

I was impressed with all the staff I met. I felt like they really cared. The facility was spotlessly clean, and Dr Boole and the PA took every precaution for safety (mask, gown, gloves, etc). They seem to be able to treat all my problems in the office, and went out of their way to schedule everything on the same day.

Dr. Boole was friendly, attentive, knowledgeable. I like a doctor that actually listens to me and acts like my partner in care. The staff were friendly and attentive as well! I had an over night sleep study and the experience could not have gone better!
