Highly disappointed in this young mans decision making! Years later I'm still in pain still suffering due to this man releasing me back to work when I wasn't ready. Unable to perform the duties of my job. Left out in the cold with no benefits now. No insurance. No hope of surgery. All of this could have been avoided by this doctor not releasing me back to work too early. He took me into his Supply Closet, had me lift up a box as if it was a tray, and stated I was ready to return to work.
