Be aware of this doctor. She would try to collect payment even when you’re in for a physical exam that is 100% covered by insurance since is preventable care. And they won’t give your test result unless you pay, even though is your right and part of the physical examination process.The wait time to be seen is also ridiculous. They can take up to 2 or more hours to see you. Worst doctor ever

My family and I have been going to this Medical group for 20 years since I was a kid. Dr. Alonso was always very kind and compassionate towards his patients but since he retired about 10 years ago and left his practice to Ms. Javaherian this place has gone down. They don't accept walk ins anymore, she's only in the office twice a week , Ms. Javaherian all she does is prescribe and refer you to other specialists. Her office, full of students practicing to be nurses also don't know what they're doing, don't even bother to call you back to let you know of the results of any exams. Just switch to another provider, this place is not worth your time and your insurance money.

This is the worse Dr. ever her staff is even worse,I was her patient she is very unprofessional . When you call to make an appointment the call gets directed to her Sun Valley office which she's only there Tuesdays and Thursdays . Her receptionist are lying all the time about her availability you cannot see her when you need to . Oh, and when you are able to see her ,shes rushing you out for only a ten minute consultation. She is the worse of the worse her staff is trash I would never recommend anyone to this horrible Dr. Jasmin Javaherian , she only cares if your paying her out of pocket or write her a check.

I am unable to get proper treatment because they are still stuck in the 90's and can only send a fax to you, and are unable to send an email. I dont know anyone with or that still uses a fax machine. I have also driven there four times, and they are never open. I dont want to leave bad feed back, because it's my fault I dont have a home to get a fax machine, and my situation and budget which is tighter than tight, and it doesnt allow me to waste $4 bucks and the time it takes to get a fax. Email is what people are using these days. And fax machines are a bye gone era.

She is a merchant not a doctor! She doesn’t know about patients at all ... don’t waste your time in her office

She spent about 3 minutes in the room with me. Ordered blood work without explaining the tests she ordered or why she did it, I only found out when one of her assistants told I needed to go to an outside lab. She gave me prescriptions without any questions, did not advise any STI screening (despite being sexually active), and at the end said: “you’re not 35, right? Do you need a Pap smear?” How about you look at my chart to see that I am 24 and not due for a pap for 18 months!

She doesn't really take time to listen to the patients. Doesnt seem that you even get five minutes of her times. Seems in a hurry all the time.
