Absolutely unacceptable experience with Dr. Jared
Absolutely unacceptable experience with Dr. Jared Cicero. My husband and I had an appointment for routine toenail trims, and from the start, Dr. Cicero was rude and dismissive. When I politely asked him to be careful because he had cut my skin on two previous visits, he immediately became defensive, claimed he had only seen me once (which was false), and refused to ever work on me again. He was rude, disrespectful, and belittling, not just toward me but in front of my husband, who was deeply upset.Even when proven wrong, Dr. Cicero didn’t apologize but instead continued to act defensive and dismissive. His attitude was incredibly unprofessional, and the environment was hostile. We’ve seen many doctors over the years, and never have we encountered such behavior.Dr. Cicero’s lack of care and concern is evident, and it’s clear this isn’t an isolated incident based on other reviews. Excellent Care
We took my grandfather to see Dr. Cicero and he treated him with the upmost respect and professionalism. Rather than dismissing him, or being quick to diagnose (like some doctors), Dr. Cicero took the time to examine him fully and ask questions. Would recommend him to everyone!

Outstanding Care!
Dr Cicero made me feel like a Human, not just some patient. He took the time to explain things to me and make sure I was comfortable. A first for me was Dr Cicero himself calling as a follow up to make sure I was still doing well. I would recommend him to ANYONE!
